These terms apply when you download or use CutRoll ("the app"). By using the app you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use CutRoll on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not redistribute the app, reverse-engineer it, or resell access to it.

2. Your content

Your videos, photos, audio and any exports you create remain entirely yours. CutRoll processes them on your device and claims no ownership, licence or rights over them. We never receive copies.

You are responsible for having the rights to the footage and music you use. In particular, adding a commercial music track to a video may make it ineligible for posting on some platforms — that's between you, the rights holder, and the platform.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

CutRoll is free to download. Pro features are available through an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase, sold and processed by Apple.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies. We cannot issue refunds directly, but we're happy to help you contact them.

Prices shown in the app are the authoritative ones and may vary by region.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use CutRoll to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or is designed to harass or deceive people. We cannot see what you make, so this is a matter of your own responsibility rather than something we monitor.

5. Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove features over time. We aim to keep the app working on currently supported versions of iOS, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features described on this website reflect the current plan and may change before or after release.

6. No warranty

CutRoll is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Video processing is complex; always keep your original footage until you're happy with an export. We are not responsible for lost or corrupted media.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of CutRoll is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost content, lost revenue or missed posting opportunities.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You can stop using CutRoll at any time by deleting it. We may suspend the licence if you breach these terms materially.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
