support@cutroll.appWhat to include in a bug report
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About).
- The CutRoll version, shown at the bottom of the app's Settings screen.
- What you were doing when it went wrong, step by step.
- The format preset you were exporting to, and the quality setting.
- Whether the source clips were slow-mo, HDR, ProRes, or landscape — these are the usual suspects.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you can get one.
Common questions
My export failed part-way through
Check you have free storage — a 4K export needs several gigabytes of headroom. If a clip lives in iCloud and hasn't downloaded yet, CutRoll will tell you which one; open it in Photos once to pull it down, then retry.
A clip shows as unavailable
This happens when the original was deleted from Photos after you added it to a project, or when an iCloud item hasn't finished downloading. Remove the clip from the project or import the media again.
Captions came out wrong
Transcription runs on-device and depends on audio clarity. Try setting the caption language manually rather than relying on detection, and edit the transcript directly — the word timings will follow your edits.
I paid for Pro but it isn't active
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. If it still doesn't unlock, email us and we'll sort it out.
I want a refund
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are theirs to issue — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Tell us what went wrong too, so we can fix it.
